We use the UK’s most specified moisture-resistant P5 flooring, chosen for its strength, stability and long-term durability. This sits on top of pressure-treated 4″ x 2″ floor joists, providing a robust structural framework.
Between the joists, we install insulation to create a thermal barrier, helping to regulate temperature and improve comfort throughout the year.
