Flooring & Structural Base

The foundation of any quality building starts with a solid, well-insulated base.

We use the UK’s most specified moisture-resistant P5 flooring, chosen for its strength, stability and long-term durability. This sits on top of pressure-treated 4" x 2" floor joists, providing a robust structural framework.

Between the joists, we install insulation to create a thermal barrier, helping to regulate temperature and improve comfort throughout the year.

To complete the space, we offer a choice of internal floor finishes, including:

• Sheet vinyl flooring
• Laminate flooring

Both available in a range of colours to suit your design.

Electrical Installation

We offer a professional electrical supply and installation package, designed to make your garden building fully functional from day one.

Our standard electrical package includes:

• 1 x consumer unit
• 1 x light switch
• 3 x double sockets
• 4 x LED downlights

For customers looking to enhance their space further, we can also provide upgrades such as:

• Heating solutions
• Air conditioning
• External lighting
• Additional sockets and lighting configurations

All upgrades can be tailored to your requirements and quoted accordingly.

Installation Timeframes

Because every Nenehaven building is crafted in our workshop before delivery, installation is efficient and far less disruptive than traditional on-site builds.

• Buildings up to 8m² can typically be installed within a single day (depending on spec)
• Larger buildings are usually completed over two days
• Where electrics are included, installation may involve staged work (first and second fix), which is standard practice

Our approach ensures a faster, cleaner installation with minimal disruption to your home and garden.
